This program is specifically designed to assist South Carolinian’s who require assistance in the repair, replacement, buyout or reconstruction of their homes damaged by Hurricane Florence in September of 2018.

The South Carolina Office of Resilience is accepting public comment on the Hurricane Florence Action Plan Amendment 1 until June 22, 2021. Comments could be submitted via email ([email protected]) or in writing (632 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, SC 29201.
